David C. Mobile, Senior Financial Consultant

I want to say hello, and introduce myself to you and tell you a little bit about myself.

I have more than 40 years of experience as a Director of Cost and Financial Systems , General and Operations Manager, Controller, Corporate and Group Controller, Treasurer, Chief Financial and Accounting Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Group and Executive Vice President of Operations and Administration, Member of the Board of Directors, and Owner in the Aerospace, Software, Steel, Education, Marine, Investment Banking, Government, and High-Tech industries, both Private and Public Fortune 500 companies.

I live now in Arizona, MST, when not traveling. However, I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois and also have lived in New York, New Jersey, Hawaii, Connecticut, Indiana, California, Washington, Wisconsin, Ohio and throughout Europe and the Orient during my career.

I graduated from Indiana University, with a Masters of Business Administration and completed the Post Graduate Financial Management Program at Stanford University. I have a very active financial investment and management consulting practice where my areas of expertise are designing, developing, and implementing Activity Based Costing and Management Systems as well as helping start up companies obtain seed capital in their formation and going public through IPO's.

Recently, I served as the Chief Financial Advisor and District Compliance Manager for the State of Washington's Department of Revenue. Prior to these positions, I was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Group and Executive Vice-President of the Shepherd Group that owned and ran City University, CFO and Senior VP of Raleigh USA ( Sports equipment manufacturers), CFO, CAO, VP of Finance, and Treasurer of INTERMEC Corp., at one time part of UNOVA and Litton Industries (Inventors of Bar Code and Scanning Technologies), and CFO and VP of Finance for Colt Industries Fairbanks Morse Group, now known as Coltec ( A conglomerate that manufacturers aerospace, engine, computer systems, armaments and heavy equipment), Controller and Group Controller for Midland-Ross's Aerospace Group and Director of Cost and Financial Systems for LaSalle Steel.

My academic career has encompassed being a Senior Faculty member, Department Chair, Director of Electronic Curriculum and Delivery Systems, CFO, Executive Group Vice President and Consultant to the Founder and Owner Dr. John Sperling of the University of Phoenix and the Apollo Group. In addition, my academic experience includes being a Faculty Member of the Keller Graduate School of Management owned by DeVry University as well as many other outstanding academic institutions of higher learning.

I have taught all over the world, both on-ground and online- in Beijing, Singapore, Cairo, Bucharest, Zurich, Dresden, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Vienna. In collaboration with Bell and Howell Learning Systems, I developed a completely electronic curriculum for the Graduate and Undergraduate Business Programs at City University and shared it with Dr. John Sperling, the original founder of the University of Phoenix and the Apollo Group, when he and I put together a merger and acquisition plan for City University and other strategic educational companies in the Shepherd Group to enhance the Apollo Group. In addition, I wrote the curriculum for all the Financial Planning courses to enable students to receive official certification and was approved by the Board of Standards in Denver in order to obtain a license as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).

My wonderful wife, Sandy, and I have been married for 40+ years. We have two great daughters and two fantastic granddaughters, as well as six awesome grand dogs!!! My hobbies include traveling extensively, reading, bowling golfing and going to the movies. I also love to eat and go out to new restaurants!
